Postal.com.au (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an Australian mobile application development company offering pre-designed and developed mobile apps with fixed pricing and custom mobile app development services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
To use our services, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login details confidential
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Services
We provide:
- Pre-designed and developed mobile apps with predefined features and fixed pricing
- Custom app development services based on client requirements
Service details, scope, pricing, and timelines will be displayed on our website or agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Orders and Project Commencement
- Placing an order or paying a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms
- Work on a project commences only after the required deposit is received
- Once work has commenced, the project is considered in progress
5. Payments and Deposits
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe Checkout
- Postal.com.au does not store credit or debit card details
- A deposit is required to commence any development work
- Payment amounts and schedules will be clearly communicated prior to payment
6. Refund Policy
a. No Refund Once Work Has Commenced
Once work on a project has commenced:
- No refunds will be provided, including deposits
- This applies to both pre-designed and developed apps and custom development services
This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
b. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions
If a duplicate or incorrect transaction occurs:
- A refund will be processed once the issue comes to our attention or is reported by the client
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information required for project delivery
- Respond promptly to approvals and feedback requests
- Ensure you have legal rights to any materials you provide
Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
a. Pre-Existing Materials
All intellectual property owned by Postal.com.au prior to project commencement remains our property.
b. Project Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment
- Postal.com.au may display completed projects for portfolio or marketing purposes
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms (including app stores, APIs, hosting providers, or payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party availability, performance, or policy changes.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are breached
- Payments are not made
- Unlawful or abusive behaviour occurs
Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
13. Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and Australian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on our website with a revised date.
